Roasted Broccoli (With Garlic And Lemon)

Ingredients

• Four pieces broccoli (Separated into florets)
• Two clove shredded garlic
• Two tablespoons olive oil
• One teaspoon black-pepper
• One tablespoon salt (Sea salt preferred)
• One teaspoon lemon juice (fresh-squeezed preferred)

Directions

• First of all preheat the oven to 200 degrees C 
• In a large and deep bowl, toss broccolies with olive oil, garlic, black-pepper and salt.
• Spread the broccoli florets out in an even layer on a baking tray. 
• Bake the brocolies in the oven 15-20 minutes until the brocoli florets are soft enough to pierce the stems with a toothpick. 
• When the brocolies are ready, remove the tray and transfer to a serving platter.
• Spill the fresh-squeezed lemon juice over the broccoli before serving. 
• And dish out to the guests. Enjoy your meal.
